If you’re considering The Biltmore Miami Valentine’s Dinner, let me just say this: if you’re going to do Valentine’s dinner, you might as well do it right.
A few years ago, we spent Valentine’s Day at The Biltmore Hotel, and it was one of those nights that actually felt like an event — not just another dinner reservation. This isn’t a casual “let’s grab pasta” kind of evening. It’s high-end, romantic, classy, and absolutely worth getting glammed up for.
If you’re planning a full Miami weekend around it, check out my guide to the Miami 3 Day Itinerary: The Perfect Miami Weekend Itinerary to build the rest of your trip around this dinner.

The Biltmore already feels grand the second you pull up. The architecture alone sets the tone. You walk in and immediately feel like you should stand up straighter.
For Valentine’s, they host a special set multi-course dinner. It’s not a regular menu. It’s curated specifically for the night.
And honestly? I love that.
There’s something fun about not overanalyzing what to order. The real reason I love a course menu is simple: I like to try a little bit of everything. Instead of committing to one entrée and immediately wondering if I chose wrong, you get multiple courses and a variety of flavors. No menu panic. No “should we split something?” Just show up and let them bring it out.
Each course felt intentional and beautifully plated. It’s paced slowly — in a good way. You’re not rushed. You’re there to linger. It felt like an experience, not just a meal.
If you’re wanting to stay at The Biltmore or close by, there are some great hotel options in Coral Gables that make the night even easier. Staying nearby keeps the drive short and the whole evening stress-free. Booking a room here will turn the night at The Biltmore into a full overnight experience instead of a late-night drive home.

Since The Biltmore Miami Valentine’s Dinner is a fixed, multi-course menu, you don’t choose what to order. That’s part of what makes it special.
It feels like a true culinary event. Each course builds on the last, and it gives you a chance to try dishes you might not normally order.
If you’re someone who struggles to pick just one thing (hi, same), this format is perfect.
The portions are elegant, and even though it’s technically small plates, you’ll leave stuffed. By the end, you’re kind of surprised at how full you are. It sneaks up on you in the best way — course by course — until you realize you absolutely got your money’s worth.
And when you’re dressed up and sitting in that setting, even the smallest details feel elevated — the plating, the timing, the service. It all works together.
If you’re coming from downtown earlier in the day, see my full review of Sanguich Downtown Miami Review: Michelin Bib Gourmand Cuban Sandwich at Bayside Marketplace for a more casual lunch before you switch into glam mode at night.

Very high-end.
Very romantic.
Very “we made this a whole thing.”
This is not the place for jeans and sneakers. Think heels, a dress, a jacket — the whole situation. It’s one of those nights where getting ready is half the fun.
The room felt full, but not loud. Couples dressed up. Soft lighting. The kind of energy where everyone knows they’re celebrating something.
It felt special — which is the whole point of The Biltmore Miami Valentine’s Dinner.
It’s a set menu for Valentine’s Day.
Reservations are a must.
Expect it to feel formal and elevated.
Plan to take your time. This isn’t a quick dinner.
If you’re flying in for the weekend, I usually compare flights here so I can arrive early enough to enjoy the day instead of rushing straight to dinner. Also, we rented a car. We were staying in downtown Miami, so this helped us be able to go where we wanted — which happened to be this dinner, ha. It just made the night easier and gave us flexibility. If you’re staying in a different part of the city, renting a car definitely makes getting to Coral Gables simpler. You can find options here.
This is a splurge night. But if you’re going to splurge, this is a great place to do it.

If you want something casual and low-key, probably not.
If you want a true Valentine’s experience — multi-course dinner, dressing up, romantic setting, and the feeling of making a memory — absolutely.
It’s not just dinner.
It’s a special night for a special day.

But for romance, elegance, and that “we actually made this a thing” feeling, The Biltmore Miami Valentine’s Dinner delivers.
If you’re going to celebrate, celebrate properly.

Is one day in Fort Lauderdale enough?🤔
Yes. Between the bakeries, murals, shops, canals, and beach access, one day in Fort Lauderdale is plenty of time to see a lot especially if you focus your time around Las Olas Boulevard.
You can start the morning with coffee and pastries, walk past murals and shops, see the canals, spend time at the beach, and still have room for gelato and a giant Italian sandwich.
If you’re looking for an authentic Italian bakery in Fort Lauderdale, Pan’E Dolci Bakery Fort Lauderdale is absolutely worth a stop. This café-style bakery is known for its Italian pastries, desserts, coffee, and massive savory sandwiches. The display cases are filled with cannolis, cookies, croissants, and breads, and they even have 22 flavors of homemade gelato.
Everything looks so good that it’s honestly hard to decide what to order.
