Guide to Columbus Farmers Markets

If you’re visiting Columbus between spring and fall, you’re in luck — the city’s farmers market scene is thriving. These markets aren’t just for produce; they’re full of flowers, baked goods, coffee stands, and artisan vendors, making them perfect for a slow morning or an early-afternoon browse. Here’s your guide to the best markets around town.

Worthington Farmers Market

This is the largest and most well-known market in the Columbus area, stretching down High Street in the heart of Worthington.

What to Expect:

  • Over 80 vendors selling local produce, meats, cheeses, flowers, and baked goods.

  • Live music and a lively, community feel.

  • Food trucks and breakfast stands if you want to grab a bite as you wander.

Insider Tip: Go right when it opens for the best selection — the good stuff sells out fast. Parking can get tricky, so plan to arrive early or be prepared for a short walk.

Dublin Market at Bridge Park

Set against the backdrop of the scenic pedestrian bridge, this market feels more modern and curated.

What to Expect:

  • A mix of farm stands, boutique vendors, and pop-up artisan shops.

  • Plenty of coffee and brunch options nearby, so you can turn it into a morning date.

  • Great people-watching and photo spots (the bridge itself is gorgeous).

Insider Tip: This market is pet-friendly — you’ll see lots of cute dogs, so bring yours if you’re traveling with one.

Clintonville Farmers Market

A neighborhood gem known for its hyper-local focus and sustainability initiatives.

What to Expect:

  • Organic produce and pasture-raised meats.

  • Local kombucha, handmade soaps, and artisan breads.

  • Fewer crowds than Worthington, so it’s perfect if you want a quieter experience.

Insider Tip: Bring your own tote and ask vendors what’s in season — they love giving recipe suggestions.

Pearl Market (Downtown)

Located in the middle of downtown Columbus, this is the go-to for weekday market shopping.

What to Expect:

  • Open Tuesdays and Fridays, making it ideal if you’re downtown for work or staying at a nearby hotel.

  • Fresh produce, grab-and-go lunches, and flowers.

  • Smaller than the weekend markets, but great if you want something quick and convenient.

Insider Tip: Go earlier in the day to avoid the lunchtime rush.
