If you’re trying to find a Number Ten Curaçao review before going, this is exactly how it went for me. I wanted a breakfast spot that was unique, and this ended up being a really solid change of pace. I’d put it high on your list if you want something different from the usual lineup.
I pulled up to Number Ten and immediately noticed it didn’t feel like the typical beach restaurant setup. It sits a little tucked away, so it felt more like I found a hidden oasis instead of just pulling into a busy strip.
I had a car for the trip, which made getting here simple since it’s not right on the main beach areas. I booked mine through here and used it the entire trip to move between beaches and restaurants.

We had reservations (though I don't know that they are necessary) and they gave us a table under the trees. There’s greenery everywhere, shaded seating, and a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces that all blend together without feeling crowded.
I looked around for a second and realized I was basically eating in a garden, which felt completely different from everywhere else I had been going. That part stood out right away.
I sat down and got fully distracted by the restaurant cat walking around like it owned the place (which, honestly, it probably does). It came right up to the table, and I immediately stopped caring about the menu for a second. Very cute. Very friendly. That was easily a highlight.

I opened the menu and saw everything from waffles and breakfast sandwiches to bagels, burgers, wraps, and salads. It covered both ends, so you could go light or actually get something filling.
I ordered the breakfast bagel on a croissant, and that was such a good call. It felt a little more elevated than a regular breakfast sandwich but still filling enough that I wasn’t thinking about food again right away.
Brad went in two completely different directions and ordered the fruit salad and the chicken and waffles. The fruit salad came out fresh and simple, and then the chicken and waffles showed up and clearly won the moment (shocking, I know).
I tried the waffles and immediately understood the hype. That waffle really stacked up (had to). If you’re deciding and actually hungry, I’d go straight for that.

I stuck with the breakfast bagel on a croissant, and I’d order that again without changing anything. It hit that middle ground between something simple and something a little better than expected.
Brad ordering both the fruit salad and chicken and waffles gave a good range to compare. The fruit salad worked as a lighter option, but the chicken and waffles is the move if you want something that actually feels like a full meal.
I noticed the rest of the menu had lunch options like burgers and wraps, and then more brunch-style options like waffles and breakfast sandwiches. You’re not going to struggle to find something here.
If you’re planning your food stops around the island, you can also check out my guide on Best Breakfast in Curaçao to compare this with a few other spots I tried.
I ordered an iced latte with my food, and they also had matcha, fresh juices, and cocktails like mimosas if you want something stronger. It has such a relaxing vibe that it makes you want to sit for a while and sip on your latte (I went with iced because the heat is a real thing here ha).

It can get warm depending on where you sit, especially outside—so just keep that in mind when you choose your table.
Bug spray is a good idea. The garden setting is beautiful, but it does come with a few bugs. If you forget, they actually had some available at the host stand, which was nice.
I added this stop between beach days, and it worked really well as a break from sand and saltwater. Same relaxed feel, just a completely different setting and better coffee.
If you’re planning out your days, you can see my Curaçao 7 Day Itinerary to figure out where this fits best without backtracking across the island.
Save this for later on Pinterest so you don’t forget it.

I finished eating and realized this was exactly the kind of place I was hoping to find. The food was delicious, the setting felt tropical, and it didn’t feel like a repeat of anything else I had already done.
I’d go back to Number Ten Curacao for breakfast or lunch without thinking about it. The cat alone might convince me (not even exaggerating).
I stayed in a few different areas during my trips, and having a central location made getting here easier. You can look at here to find something that fits how much driving you want to do.

The tulip fields in the Netherlands look exactly like the photos, except the photos don’t capture how massive the color blocks actually are stretching across the countryside. Or the windmills. Or the sheep randomly standing in the middle of everything like they don’t know they’re in the most photogenic country on earth.
The honest caveat: tulip season moves fast, the fields rotate every year, and peak bloom is not a guarantee, it depends on the weather, the harvest schedule, and a little bit of luck. But that’s also part of what makes it feel less like a tourist attraction and more like something you actually found.

Amsterdam has a way of making you feel like you need to see everything, and then rewarding you most when you slow down anyway. The museums and canal cruises are worth it, but so is just wandering neighborhoods, eating whatever looks good, and sitting along the canals with a grilled cheese and nowhere to be.

10 stops. One very full day. Zero regrets. Amsterdam has one of the best food scenes I’ve experienced anywhere in Europe, but the honest caveat is that some of the viral spots come with lines that will genuinely test your character. I skipped a few. I regret nothing.
Here’s what actually made the cut on my self-guided Amsterdam food tour:
Fresh stroopwafels at Hans Egstorf: made right in front of you, warm caramel, no line. This one won.
Lourens cookie croissant: flaky outside, gooey chocolate inside. Did not share.
Café Winkel 43 apple pie: one of the rare viral places that fully lives up to the hype.
Davie’s Amsterdam for the Lelie sandwich: pastrami, pickles, marbled bread. Deceptively simple. Absolutely excellent.
De Kaaskamer to end the day: 400+ cheeses, grilled cheese with what they call ketchup (it’s not ketchup, and it’s better), and bunker cheese aged in underground military bunkers.
The full route covers 10 stops through Jordaan, the 9 Streets, the canal district, and the flower market area with a Google Map included so you can just follow along.

There’s a version of Gatlinburg that’s all fudge shops and tourist crowds, and then there’s the version that actually makes you want to come back.
Here’s everything worth doing downtown, in the order I’d do it: 🏔️
✨ Start at @gatlinburgskypark before the crowds hit
✨ Walk the strip mid-morning when it’s still manageable
✨ @googooclusters stop (see my post from Tuesday: don’t skip it)
✨ Dinner at one of the local spots off the main drag
✨ Wander back out at night when the lights are on and it gets actually pretty
This isn’t your overscheduled Smoky Mountain itinerary. It’s more of a “here’s what I’d actually do if I had one solid day” kind of list.

If someone told me I’d spend five hours at SkyPark, I would not have believed them. And yet. 😅
Gatlinburg SkyPark sits above the strip and it’s one of those places that looks like a quick stop on paper and turns into most of your afternoon. The SkyBridge alone is worth it — longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America, and yes, you will look down.
✨ SkyBridge (longest pedestrian suspension bridge in North America)
✨ SkyLift ride up with views of the Smokies
✨ Walking trails with mountain views in every direction
✨ Way less crowded than downtown
Fair warning: if heights genuinely freak you out, the bridge might not be your thing. The rest of the park is still 100% worth it. Full guide with tickets, tips, and what to skip linked in bio. 🔗
